- Service: Built for Anchor Line Glasgow-Liverpool-Bombay-Karachi service. After war service as an armed merchant cruiser, troopship, and infantry landing ship, she returned to commercial service in August 1947. In January 1966 she left Liverpool on Anchor Line's final passenger voyage to Bombay, a service which had been inaugurated 110 years previously. In April she arrived at Alicante, Spain, to be broken up. Sistership Cilicia also served as AMC and troopship during war.
